I am a San Diego native who has been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) since 2015. I believe in the body’s innate wisdom and listening to its signals, resulting in massages tailored to my clients' bodies needs. I have worked in a range of settings including clinics, spas, and mobile massage as well as volunteering my expertise at sporting events. I have a breadth of specialties including trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, sports massage, and stretching techniques. Each massage is customized to the individual client. I feel with my years of experience, it has provided me with "massage intuition" which allows me to intuitively give the proper care your body requires.
In my off time, I love to travel and pursue an active outdoor life with my teenage kids and husband. I love running and have competed in many races (5k, 10k, 1/2 marathon, marathon). A perfect day is a bike cruise down the beach boardwalk, soaking in the sound of the waves and sunshine.
